How awesome winner #173 - this is adorable.
Our chosen winner for challenge #173 Going around in circles is Tracee with this cute and fresh looking layout, I really like the colors in this and the little details in each of the circles. Her 6 butterflies add a perfect touch to the layout. Great job on this Tracee.
